Brentwood Asphalt Paving started in 2016 as a small crew doing driveways and parking lots for neighbors in Brentwood and the surrounding East Bay. Back then, a lot of homeowners were getting burned by contractors who showed up, laid asphalt over a bad base, and disappeared. We built the company around doing the opposite: taking time to prep properly and standing behind the work.
Brentwood has changed a lot since those early years. The city has grown fast, and with it came thousands of driveways, parking lots, and commercial paving projects that need real maintenance. The clay soils here expand and contract with the seasons, and the summers are hard on asphalt. Those local conditions shaped how we approach every job.
Today we serve homeowners, property managers, and businesses across 12 cities in the East Bay and Contra Costa County. The crew is bigger, but the approach is the same: show up prepared, do the work right, and treat every customer the way we would want to be treated.
